Our Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 24 business hours. The uploading party is notified of the removal and given the opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was in error, you may file a counter-notice including: identification of the removed material + its prior location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to local-jurisdiction. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the copyright owner has filed legal action.

Repeat-Infringer Policy

Accounts with three substantiated DMCA strikes within any 12-month period are subject to permanent termination. We log all takedown notices for audit purposes.

Knowingly filing a false DMCA notice carries penalties of perjury. Don't.
